Build a Logistical Networking Node

The Logistical Computing and Internetworking (LoCI) Laboratory offers you the chance to take advantage of our tools and become part of the logistical backbone. The following lists the type of configuration we use on our systems and the software we install to support different types of Internet services. These systems are easy to deploy, manage, and help demonstrate the power of scalability and resource sharing. The hardware specification described below is provided as an example configuration that is very similar to the systems LoCI Lab deploys. It is not intended as a standard node configuration or requirement. The hardware configuration used by participants is determined by what best suits their purposes. We hope this information will help you get set up and running in no time. See you on the L-Bone or DSI!
